  Yes and no. You must be a Comptia member and some sort of licensed instructor to receive E2C benefits. You can get more info on E2C

  k so my question is, if I passed the 220-202 and I then pass the JK0-301 will I be certified? I just want to make sure that I don't have to pass both 220-201 and 220-202 that I can have a combination of the 220-202 and the JK0-301...
