new requirement to be MCSA ??

i've just checked the certification planner on MCP member site - and look the requirement to be an MCSA - it said now you have to pass only 3 exams ? is it correct ? only 210-215+1 elective required.
but - i am also having trouble with my IOF test site. i have registered for 215 - and now its been a month+ delay... my test site having trouble with downloading the exams ( they use win98 - and still thingking about migrate to w2k...
) - but it applied only to ms exams (true, i have no difficulties on cisco exam on earlier test ) and, the shocking thing is that my transcript on the MCP membersite said i've failed the exam ( 215 )... dont know where to go right now ?? Any help would be great, thanks.

Core Group 1
-218
Core Group 2
-210 or 270
-215
Elective
- 1 exam
It is a little confusing at first. Core Group on was minimized for me, because I have never taken 218, but I have the Core Group 2 and the elective, so those were expanded.
