Cisco SDM

I am having a problem with the SDM, I can access my SDM, but the problem is that when I do access it, the data is updating, I get to the Cisco Router and SDM page where it shows all the hardware/software/configuration info, then it immediately returns the the SDM launch page. So, I let it sit for about 30mins....and nothing happens after that. pls help

Is Java up to date? What browser? Have you tried it with another browser?

yeah, java is up to date, tried it with IE and firefox. i had this working a couple of days ago. don't know what happened

I had trouble using the latest version of Java with the ASDM. I'd hate to speculate, but maybe the same thing is occuring here. Trying going back to JRE 6 Update 7 and don't bother with Update 11.

Not sure if this might be an authentication issue, cause if I remember correctly when I tried to open SDM it opens up an explorer window with an authentication, then opens up another smaller window with another authentication after that it just seats there, thought this might help.
