Is there a way to find out, from the server itself and not from the website, with which RHN account the server is registered in RHN with ?
Google returned some results using 'rhn-actions-control' and 'rhn-satellite-activate' but that is not it ...
Or also 'rhncfg-client list' which seems to work for RHEL 3 and WS only ...(using 5.3 here).

Well I don't honestly think so .. For example. My license was expired and I didn't have my credit card to hand in order to renew it. I then borrowed a spare license from my company. Long story short .. a day later I renewed my own license, deleted the system and entitlement in RHN and registered the server with my own account details. When I fired up rhn_register, it actually told me that it is still receiving updates from another account and whether I really want to continue ..
So it must cache it SOMEWHERE as it was able to tell me exactly from which account I still (or would) receive the updates .. Which isn't even true as the system wasn't entitled at that point (tested that with yum update)... But I do have a ticket open with RH - so lets see what they say.My own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com -

Edit: just checked and it does! Thanks for asking this question, I learned something new. I didn't think it kept them on the server.
