Office document password recovery

Anyone know of a good utility to recovery lost/forgotten passwords for Microsoft Office documents? Let's just say that I need to get into a document for a "C-class" employee who has forgotten his password.

I've found a few on google but none jump out. Any suggestions?

I don't know of any free ones...But I bought this program before. After I bought it, it turned out I didn't need to recover the password, so I never actually used it.

That's actually the one I've been looking the closest at. This doesn't appear to be a major market.

Cracking lost Access, Excel, Word passwords is as easy as a pie!

I used this to recover a password for an excel file and it was quick/easy...
