MS 294 book

in AD Infra 70-294
I thought I was being smart - bougnt a 2nd hand copy of this book on Amazon.
Turns out it's the soft cover first edition, not the recommended 2nd edition one.

Anyone know if there is a major difference in the editions?

EDIT - Just found out 2nd edition covers servicepack 2. will have to bite the bullet and buy the new one.

    You can always just review the exam objectives and do some research on your own to fill in any gaps.

    I am to the point where I just use the books as reference myself, and even that is fading since I found out my library system gives FREE access to Safari books. Don't have to in the library, can access it anywhere with a library card.

    I for the most part follow along with the videos from cbtnuggets/testout/vtc.com what ever I can afford. Then study off of the Transcender questions inventing my own labs based after the questions.

    This process is probably more time consuming than reading straight through, but the actual hours I spend setting up envionments and everything is well spend and shows through when I get to work! :)

    Think I will work away with the book I have, I'm sure it will be fine.
