Switching from Pearson Vue to Prometric

Hi, i will be done my security+ test on the 20th and will then proceed with the 70-270, however need help
1) First do i need to register with MS to get my id number? If so where?
2) How do i transfer over my credits(A+ network+ Security+) to MS?
3) Does the student discount $60 i believe, is it only for US students or can Canadians apply for that? If so is it done through MS or prometric?

Just register for your first MS exam; they'll assign you a number after your first exam. After you have an ID number, you can transfer them here: Network+ Certification, Server+ Certification, MCSA

Discount is when you call Prometric to schedule your exam. You have to schedule your exam as 72-XXX
