What should i read for in-depth knowledge of ccnp at present i am using cisco press but i want more knowledge plz suggest me some good books

    At the professional level it's always good to start checking out the Cisco Documentation for the exam topics listed in the exam blueprints.

    Doyle's Routing TCP/IP (vol 1 & 2) from Cisco Press are popular recommendations for additional reading. Don't let any mention of CCIE on the cover scare you -- they are good books. :D

    The Cisco Press Cisco LAN Switching book by Clark & Hamilton is from 1999, but is still a Classic that should be read. I thought I had heard rumors about a new edition..... but there's no sign of it yet.

    There are also a few other more specific books I'd recommend if you were interested in specific topics like BGP, QoS, IPv6, Multicast, etc.....
