Thanks for all of the congrats guys!

Now I can finally get to doing some lab work. The JNCIS-ER material wasn't to bad but I just had memorizing stuff to memorize it. It's just so much more fun to play around in the lab :)

    took the exam today,
    a fail is a fail.

i'd just realized what topics i've been missing just couple of days before today.
still continue to pursue, but need more time to settle things up.

aldur, good luck on your IE-ER :)

So sorry to hear that rossonieri, as long as it was a good learning experience then it was not time wasted :) Without a doubt that is the hardest written exam I have taken, much much harder then the JNCIS-M. I sure you knock it out the next time you take it.

What topics were you missing until just a few days before the exam? I'm sure that made you go into panic mode to realize that there was more to study and little time to study it.

    hi aldur,
thanks for the support, much appreciated. thanks.

just 2 days before the exam today, review some topics - and i didnt know what was i thinking? things went like - ouch, wow!

the best learning experience ever so far,
and the worst exam experience too - for the first time i've got nervous sitting on an exam, and that was the first time i'm counting down into 3 minutes left on the clock, wow!

but, the good thing is the exam result paper - i knew it was my weaknesses, and that specific topic really really really2 giving me very hard times. so, i should restart my study from there.

anyway, a month or 2 should be back in the game i guess.

good luck for you once again in san jose? or RTP?

    cheers ;)

yea man, thats rough, it's never fun to fail an exam but you have a good attitude about it and that will help out for sure :)

Yup, just give yourself some more study time and go knock it out.

Thanks for the well wishes, and i'll be heading out to san jose for my next round of fun :D

    hi srinivas,

cant you just apply to the fasttrack website?
Juniper Networks Certification Fast Track Program - Juniper Networks
    it still open, isnt it?

after you have applied for the program, you should be able to download all of the ER materials on its website.

Yup, the fast track is a great resource. I used the AJRE mats extensively. Another huge resource is the JUNOS Enterprise Routing book. That book is full of goodies that will help with the exam, possible to much info for the JNCIS-ER exam ;)

Here's a list of the JNCIS-ER exam objectives

Resources - JNCIS-ER Exam Objectives (Exam: JN0-350) - Juniper Networks

So I think it's pretty safe to say that Jweb is not covered in the JNCIS-ER ;)
