Pass mark 55% or 80%

What is actually classed a pass mark, I understand there is 80 questions, and its marked out of 100-900 but and the pass is 505 or close but as a percentile, what is the passing point 50% etc? or more like 80%???

    There is no officially released passing percentage. Comptia grades each question differently, and some don't get graded at all. You are correct with the passing score, around 505. You shouldn't worry about percentages, because it's better to just know the objectives, and get them all right.

    The passing score is 515 for the core exam, and 505 for the OS exam.

    I agree totally with Ricka182, don't worry about the passing percentage, just concentrate on covering the exam objectives while you study.
