Advanced Degree

Hey all wondering what degree I should purse to continue my studies. I have a BS in Information Systems and a minor in Business Management. I'd like to do my MA/PhD. I was thinking either applied math or cryptography. I like both areas but someone else recommended getting an MBA or continuing with Information Systems. I'd like to be a pen tester or network security consult when I get older (still working on experience).

If you like both areas then why not go for a MBA in information technology
