I haven't finished my CCNA yet but yeah the CCNP is the next step unless you want to do one of the CCNA concentrations. Depends on your goals really.

Also remember CCNP jobs will require a good amount Cisco experience.

haha thanks..I took the combined paper the 640-802...It was a course(CCNA Boot Camp) that my office sent me for so that was the exam voucher that it came with...Din have much of a choice there=D

The material i used - McGraw Hill CCNA Study Guide- twas my Bible for 4 months!!
Then there was PacketTracer of course, to practice and memorise the commands. I had Boson simulator too but like i mentioned in a number of other posts it was buggy and hence not too friendly :S

And all the practice papers here at Techexams, ************, some blogs had qn papers on them too! Yupyupyup!

I dunno man... My job doesnt require me to know networks or work with routers/switches etc...i do simulations so CCNP maynot be relevant...But im tempted to take up maybe CCNP Switching paper- just cus i had so much fun studying for CCNA!!! Lets see how it goes..Apparently you need to work with real eqmt for CCNP(which i dont have...) and its much more tough...
