Which One is Better - CCNA or MCSE ?

Hi Guys,
Looking for a bit of advise from u . I have the opportunity to do either the CCNA or MCSE .
Can anyone help me decide which course to do as i will probably to both courses eventually, But in terms of learning and employ ability which is better? Cost is not an issue.

Like Colby said in the thread he referenced, it really depends on what you want to do. Each will lead you on a totally different path.
