Ok, I don't really know much about this field, but can Installing, Configuring, and Administering things be considered education?

    Really good to know!!

Well those are the name of the classes that I took at a college, but in my editing attempts to post on here I didn't do a very good job at replacing the school name with a generic name, nor did I replace my main schooling name. Oh well :)

Why not list the Comptia A+, and Network+ certifications in your "Certifications" list instead of in your "Education" list.

The reason I don't have them listed in my certifications is I don't have the certs, only took the classes for them as part of the degree program I was taking at the time.

    I marked/bolded a few grammatical errors.
    Hardware Analyst
Support (should be past tense) over 5000+ users in a Windows 2003-2008 environment. Solved complex user issues from in-bound calls, email, and HEAT database tickets. Deployed new computers using Altiris.
    Company B (Temporary) June 2009
    Computer Support Technician

    Company C February 2009 - June 2009
    Engineering Assistant
Assisted Mechanical Engineer(should be plural or you need to re-word this sentence) in providing Construction Documents(does this need to be capitalized? If not it just adds confusion) for new and remodel projects.
    • Proven to be a vital local resource as a subject matter expert for AutoCAD, computer, and networking support issues. (you should qualify this, if possible. IE - received award or recognition from superior etc.)
    Company E May 2004 - November 2007
    IT/CAD Specialist
Provide (should be past tense) technical support (hardware, software, network connectivity issues) for 125+ users including both local and remote via telephone, email, and remote control applications including PCAnywhere and Dameware.
