  I have een program for A+ learning..there are some elements tech 1, tech 2, dos, lan&wan
  
  when i do the learning....the program will execute..and everything what i have make is lost

  I would suggest checking out the program manufacturers website and search their knowledge base for the specific problem you are having. If they have a phone number for support, call that and see if they can help you.
