STP Questions/Review
I'm about done going through the whitepapers over at Cisco for all the STP features, from the standard timers, TCN/TCA, and all the "extra" features cisco threw in (like portfast, etc)
Before I move onto RPSTP+ and MST, are there any good resources for quizzing on plain jane 802.1D? The "Do I Know This" questions and "Q & A" parts of the Cisco Press rarely are close to the difficulty that the actual test throws at you.

STP is a pretty simple protocol. Know your port states, the order they go through, and the default timers, and you're good for vanilla STP. The extras are also good to know, but you'll need to know which ones are available in STP, RSTP, and MST. -

I made quite a few flash cards directly from the Cisco Press materials for all the Spanning Tree Topics. Since this is a Cisco exam do not forget all those Cisco Extras...I'd be willing to bet they will rear their ugly little heads on the exam in some fashion. Portfast, Uplinkfast, Backbonefast.
