There are plenty of MS articles relating to this on the MS website. A quick google search will help also.
More to the point, have you taken the standard user out of domain admins group yet as per your previous post???? -

the problem with this user getting this messege The Local policy of this system does not permit you to log on interactively ,he doasn't have problem log on from other pc , for a while I had to add him to domain admin
