ALB Adaptive Load Balancing

Anyone know how ALB works and how I'd need to configure a couple of switch ports on a access switch to support it?
What's another word for Thesaurus?

What NICs are you using? Alot of them will support LACP and you can configure the access ports as trunks. Pretty sure I have done that in the past.

LACP is supported here's an extract from the device doc

'Like Switch Trunking, this mode groups multiple physical
Ethernet interfaces to create one logical interface, and
provides high fault tolerance and fast performance between
switches, routers, and servers. Uses Link Aggregation Control
Protocol (LACP) to autonegotiate trunk settings.'

so say I had both interfaces connected to ports f0/1 and 2

would these two be access ports?

If you configured them in access mode, then yes, they will be access ports.

switchport mode access from interface configuration mode.
