I am feeling nervous, but I don't think further studying will help! (on and off for six months since ICND1).
Fingers crossed, I'm going in!

A little nervous huh???
This last night just go over the stuff you dont really feel 100% with. Maybe watch those specific CBT nuggets and get some lab time in, if you have one.Welcome to the desert of the real.

jason_lunde Member Posts: 567Take a quick look over the ICND2 blueprint and see if there is anything your weak on. It never hurts to take a look at those areas the night before (or the morning of!). Good luck man! Hopefully tomm. you will join the ranks as a CCNA.

You should be good, my only advice would be to get a good rest and have a quick review tomorrow morning Wish you all the best!Failure is a stepping stone to success... -
NightShade03 Member Posts: 1,383 ■■■■■■■□□□Good luck! Read each question carefully on the exam so that you make sure you have a clear understanding of what they are asking (it helped me when I took that exam).

drew2000 Member Posts: 290Updated - passed with an 862!
Not thrilled with the score, but I am happy to have passed (on the first try).
I got hung up badly on an early sim, I know I didn't get full credit (but I know I got at least part of it right).
Then later on I was hit by a simlet that really constrained the commands I could use to solve the problem, did some guessing there (time was running down!).
I flew through the remaining 15 multiple choice questions, making quick decisions to make up for time spent earlier, and expecting one last sim I never got. I feel like I did a great job with subnetting, NAT, ACL, and routing protocols.
I struggled with VTP and STP, only because of the WAY in which the questions were asked.
Overall I think the test was a FAIR assessment of my knowledge, however my ability to troubleshoot and fix CISCO gear is much better than the test would allow for. For example, if I could use the full range of commands I could have knocked out that simlet, but I realize CISCO is testing me on using SPECIFIC commands, not just ANY command.
Drinking this weekend!!!
Configure, Verify, and troubleshoot a switch with VLANs and interswitch communication: 80%
Implement an IP addressing scheme and ip services to meet requirements: 88%
Configure and troubleshoot basic operation and routing on Cisco devices: 66%
Implement, verify, troubleshoot NAT and ACL's: 100%
Implement and verify WAN links: 83%

I don't know yet. I've been studying Cisco (ICND1 & 2) for more than a year, so it is strange not knowing what to do.
Most likely:
Windows 7 (first step on renewing my MCSE into MCITP EA)
or
Linux+ (would be good for jobs where a little Linux admin is required)
or
CCNA: Wireless (wouldn't help me that in much in my job, but would be nice to have, I'll probably wait on this one until I need to renew my CCNA)
