ISCW lab question

Hi,

Im thinking of doing the iscw as my next ccnp exam. For my bcmsn i used the lab portfolio which was useful for the lab side therefore i was going to do the same for iscw. However, someone at work has taken the iscw ccnp academy course at work, where he was given a paper version book with an additional lab book. Now my question is, how does the iscw academy lab book compare to that of the ISCW lab portfolio guide? is there much difference between the two or not? im just wondering as it may save me a few quid instead of buying the lab portfolio guide.

I did the academy training for my CCNA, and I purchased the academy course work for the BCMSN. I found the academy material to be pretty good, except that when I moved on to the CCNP and was doing more self study, I found it to be a little less objective, if that makes sense. It covered the topics if you completed it, but it wasn't an exam preparation. I know that doesn't answer you question directly.
