Well, this evening I browsed through dice.com forums and boy people are extremely mad at IT. Everybody complains about jobs being outsources overseas (India) while 15 million Americans are unemployed. But three is also good advice.
One advice was about going into health-care (not as doctor, nurses, etc). So how can I use my 'technology' mindset to get into health-care?

If you want to get into healthcare look for local health care providers in your area and apply for IT jobs there. You could read up on HIPPA and Sarbanes-Oxley. Most providers will train you on HIPPA/Sarbanes-Oxley once your hired and your required to pass a easy test.
