I believe you are allow 5 connections. 0-4

i believe it depends on your hardware/software but not sure

By default, all cisco routers allow 5 connections. You can, I believe set this to a lower number, but it slips my memory. I don't think you can set it higher, but someone with a lot more expertise will be along directly and set us all straight.

The default number of telnet sessions supported is 5. The following is a reference link.

However, the maximum number of sessions that you can configured with the command "line vty 0
n
" depends on the router platform.
