Can anyone tell me what the commands are in command prompt (WinXP) to use RARP? I need to find the IP address of a device on a network, I have the MAC address of the device.

I don't think that is an available command. rarp is a server side service. The system that you want to rarp will need a config file that maps mac addresses to ip addresses. unless the system is configured as a rarp server it will not respond to rarp requests.
