I wont be gaming. But, probably watching youtube videos, dvds, and multitasking alot (opening up like 3-5 browsers+msn at the same time)

Good deal?
Or should i wait for 2 more weeks to find something cheaper and betteR?

Make sure your new comp has atleast windows 7.

Yeah you don't really want vista on it. I would make sure whatever you do get has a 64bit OS too otherwise that 8gb ram is useless.

I would have to respectfully disagree with you on this. I have found that while building a high-end PC yourself is cheaper, low-end PCs are cheaper from some of the major retailers, unless you are able to reuse most of your old PC.

That being said, the low-end PCs (in my experience) are more hassle than they are worth. Personally, I build a fairly heavy-duty rig every 3-4 years because I want a higher-end computer without the expense (relatively speaking).

that is actually a kick ass price for those specs. I need something like that to run full blown GNS3 labs, but what brand is it? id rather go with Dell. My duo core 2.4ghz , 4gb vista 64bit laptop has problems running more than 4 to 5 routers.
