ACLS: Not sure. Google
The first 3 look good. I have never used any of these. -
OptionsSlowhand Mod Posts: 5,161 ModTo get a better handle on subnetting, I'd say go with what's already been suggested, along with LearnToSubnet.com. Repetition and practice is going to be they keys here, there's no simple way around it. Do it until you can't help figuring out subnets in your head as you see numbers.
As for ACL's, that's a little tougher. Aside from Cisco's own page on the subject, I can really only think for you to search Google for sites and blogs that have good tutorials and discussions on how to design and implement ACL's. One example is the listing of ****-sheets from Packet Life, which are all excellent. The ****-sheet on ACL's should be helpful to you, in this case.
The only other suggestion I have is to continue practicing. Set up a lab for the ACL's and try setting up some scenarios where you're blocking particular types of traffic and have a look at what's traversing the router with a packet sniffer. As for subnetting, just keep on working with those practice questions until you've got it down pat.
