Looking for some citrix guidance

Hey,
I've just started a new role today which will see me really heavily involved in Citrix Xenapp and Xendesktop. Any recommendations on good learning material? Particularly on Xendesktop because I've not worked with it before. Are the e-learning kits a good investment?

Do you have any lab machines available? I went through the XenDesktop evaluation guide and it was enough to gain a good understanding of the product (I actually did it twice). I read the XenDesktop and Provisioning Services manuals to get a better understanding.
I didn't use an e-learning kit so I can't comment on it.MentholMoose
