No money to purchase Routers. Any other options available?
Ya!! Its sound cheap (very cheap) but any one guide me how to use simulators (software) to pass CCENT/CCNA.
Any suggestion is welcome.

GNS3 | Graphical Network Simulator
You will need to provide your own IOS images but otherwise you can run all your switches/routers off of this. Packet tracer is another easy way to work with switches via software. -

The only other thing about GNS3 is that you can't simulate true switches. I believe there's a way to create a router into a pseudo switch which may or may not be enough for the CCNA topics.My Cisco Blog Adventure: http://shawnmoorecisco.blogspot.com/

GNS like everyone else mentioned, can get you very very far. Ive seen people create full blown CCIE Voice and Routing/Switching labs. Only limitations are 1. you have to find your own IOS images, 2. Not much switching you can do, 3. Hardware limitations (CPU, MEM.) You need a pretty good desktop/laptop to run GNS.Certs: CISSP, EnCE, OSCP, CRTP, eCTHPv2, eCPPT, eCIR, LFCS, CEH, SPLK-1002, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-900, AZ-500, VHL:Advanced+

Definately get a copy of the cisco packet tracer. Awesome program for the CCENT/CCNA. A must-have really for getting familiar with the cisco IOS.
Thats pretty much all i used for the ccna. "Google it" PT 5.1 or 5.2 -

Is GNS3 still updated? would love to see it become more stable, and include real switches.
A dream sim would include features of both PT and GNS3. pretty much PTs interface, stability((though has crashed on me once or twice, but still more stable for me than GNS3) and everything, with GNS3s realism. That would be freakin sweet.Started a forum for networking students, its new and needs people!

I think for a CCENT or CCNA level, a Packet tracer is more than enough.
Is there a way to simulate switches in GNS 3 or other simulators??
