Calling all IPV6 gurus help

Hey guys

This is my question. I think I will be fine since I am using NBMA network with my frame-relay switch. I have 2 questions.

1. how do I know if my IOS supports these protocols for IPV6?

RIPng
OSPFv3
IS-IS ipv6
MP-BGP4
EIGRP ipv6

2. Can I run the above ipv6 routing protocols over my frame-relay
cloud above even though the frame cloud is a 2520 router with 12.3 IOS running on it? I cant fit a 12.4 ios on my 2520 cisco frame cloud switch.
Or does that even matter since it is using DLCIs and is a NBMA network?
