Security+ 2008 iso 17024 question

Hi all,
Does anyone know if the current 2008 version of security+ is actually iso 17024 accredited? I could not find any mention of it on their site?

Yes, it is ISO 17024 certified. CompTIA claims it on this page.

That's part of the reason why they're switching to 3 year expirations on certs after Dec. 10. ISO is requiring it. Your cert you have now is still lifetime, anyone taking it after Dec 2010 will have to recertify their highest Comptia cert (usually Sec+) every 3 years.
