Well I took the OS exam today and passed. It was the most difficult test I have seen. There where very few questions like the ones on the different websites. If I hadn’t been studying the books and learning the material and practicing on the different os systems I wouldn’t have had a prayer. I studied very hard and made a 658, after all the hours of study. Do not think this one is a cakewalk it is not. Know your minimum os requirements; know the various file paths to system and administrator tools, boot up sequences, and utilities. Read the chapter on upgrade twice and try some of the utilities out so u can familiarize yourselves with that. But on the lighter side I'm Certified.
