Do I use a regular RJ-45 cable? or these have special cables? Where can I buy them online?

Do you have a T1 NTE on the wall? If so then a regular straight through patch cable that does all 4 pairs should be fine.

Woops see above RJ48 with a cat 5 cable I have seen used in more than one wiring closet.Struggling through the re-certification process after 2 years of no OJT for the CCNP.
