Having covered things like DNS, TCP/IP, TCP/IP uilites in Net+ is it ok to skip these chapters in the 210 book or should I still go through it, and look at chapters I need like Active directory etc, or should I still focus on these areas?

I wouldn't. You may want to emphasize these a bit less, but you still need to know it. I would never stop studying DNS, as it will probably be mentioned in every M$ exam somewhere.

I wouldn't skip those chapters. I mean, the worst thing that's going to happen is your going to reenforce what've learned thus far. It never hurts to reread past topics over and over and over... icon_wink.gif

I'm on my third Microsoft test and DNS is all over the place. You will learn that Active Directory heavily relies on DNS for everything. Always study everything and in detail.
