Why do I get ths error when I try to login into unity connection integrated with CUCM

I have added this application user to every group on the CUCM6 why can't I access unity connection? I can access with the default account I created while installing CUCM6 business edition on vmware but I can't seem to get this one to work. The user has been added to the users who can access the unity application under application servers.

Your users are trying to login in /ciscopca?
Have a sync with CUCM and UC?
Where these users are autenticated, CM, MSAD or UC?
