Passed the 294

in AD Infra 70-294
I finally passed yesterday with a score of 812. I took this one in January and scored in the 600s. It really feels great to get past this one, which to me has been the hardest of the MCSE core exams so far. I used Readiness Review and Testout in addition to the MS Press book.

On to the 293!

    That is quite the improvement. Good work.

    Most people do 293 and then 294, what was your reasoning for doing it the other way?

    Congrats!

    This is a tricky exam. Unfortunately IMHO the 293 is along the same lines as difficulty. You just gotta pay special attention to the wording and ignore all the useless information that tries to trip you up. Good luck!

    Finish MCITP:EA, CCNA, PMP by end of 2012

    After that, take a much needed vacation!!!!!

    I failed this about a week ago by one mark icon_cry.gif (Sorry gets me every time)

    Got a retake soon, so hopefully I will achieve a result like you have done!

    Good luck with 293, I think there is a lot more varied material to cover in 293 in comparison to 294, and it is no walk in the park, but I am sure you will be fine.

    I started on the 294 when I was still interning at ComputerTraining.com last winter and the students were working on the 290 so I thought the materials would jive a little. Plus I felt the 294 would be a bit more difficult so I wanted to get it out of the way.

    What I thought was unusual was how much the exam had changed since I took it in January. It seems to really have been updated and was very heavy on simulations. I had eight this time but only had two this winter.
