Passed with 700, This is not an exam to be taken lightly. I found a lot of the questions to be rather vague with what MS wanted. Definitely read the questions carefully.
I would definitely take time to go over the hands-on practices as this will help. I felt the questions covered the exam objectives fairly well.
Do not rely on the MS press book alone. I had to use technet and resources on this site to fill in the blanks. the MS press book leaves out a lot of information on certain topics.
