Unless you play it in some player that prevents you from doing so, you should be able to capture it by taking screenshots and photoshop them into a gif. I don't know of any direct conversion from swf to gif ani, not even sure it exists since the swf is compiled already.

The pic of yourself that you use as a avatar looks great already! .... :P
