CIW has changed their certs a little. Every (or most) exam now results in a cert.

The 1D0-510 exam results in CIW Web Foundations Associate
The 1D0-520 exam results in CIW Web Design Specialist

Granted, I realize it's a bit "spoiled" to think you'll get some titlte after each exam, but it's a nice little plus given the work that goes into these, and the long train ride towards any "bigger" certs (e.g. Web Site Manager, which I know is going away soon).
