The VMware exam is so straight-forward, the instructor of my class that I attended last week is a great instructor his name is Chris McCain. He's the author of the book Mastering VMware Infrastructure 3. He gave a great study guide which was awesome for passing the exam with flying colors.

You need to change your Sig BTW. It definitely helps especially paired with Cisco and Microsoft professional level certifications. There is good money in those jobs if you can work in heterogeneous environments even better.
