I'm completely new to Exchange, and I'm trying to find some information on it tailored for a novice. I'm not necessarily looking to certify in it (although I probably will since I will be administering it), I just want to know it thorougly. I got my hands on the CBT NUGGETS Exchange 2003 videos and they're incredible! Although I'm looking for some written documentation to coincide with it, so that I can follow along step-by-step.

    I'm studying for the Exchange Server 2003 exam at the moment, and I am using the 70-284 Sybex book. I am finding it to be great as it is very well written and easy to understand. I strongly recommend it!
