Outlook 2003

I tried sending a friend an attachment (Video) using Outlook 2003. I decided against it and now it is stuck in my outbox. I can't delete it and keeps telling me when I close Outlook I still have mail in it, "Do I still want to close yes or no." I can't delete it or send it, how can I get rid of it? I tried removing Outlook and reinstalling it, but comes back. Is there a way in regedit to remove? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Export your .pst file to another location and then go into your profile and delete your existing outlook.pst. When you reimport it choose not to import the outbox

Oh year - remember to either export your settings or to write them down
