How to become a CCSI

Dear Friends,

I am trying to find out, How to become a CCSI ( Cisco Certifeied System Instructor ). I am not able to find the correct page or link in the cisco website.

Anyone kindly tell me how one can become a CCSI and how much it will cost because my new work place wants me to become one. And I am absolutely clueless....

It's not that difficult in itself, but I think the killer is you need to do it through an accredited training partner. Not sure if you can do it as an independent.
