in CCNA & CCENT
hi all,
after upgrading the IOS on my 2612 I get this error :

It says not enough memory but It has 40MB and 16MB Flash

I have had the same problem in the past, although the IOS easily fits into 16mb Flash, its decompresses into DRAM, so there needs to be enough to load and run the program and your going to need 64mb for an enterpise of 12.3 Im afraid. Check Cisco website for specific requirements. I have a 2612 also but with 56MB DRAM and Ive had to run a 12.2 edition.
