Could someone advice me about LPIC.

    id suggest getting the linux+ it will count as the first of the 2 tests that way you can get a second linux cert.

    also lpic is vendor neutral so remember that tricks you learned on say a Debian variant may not be the same as what they are looking for

    and get use to cli/xterm

    The Linux+ is only going to be available until next month so if you are going for the L+ version, you better prep quickly :P

    The LPIC version will replace it afterwards but you can also take the LPIC route now.

    The book in my signature "Practical Guide To Linux" (recommended by dynamik) is a great start. The link takes you to the book on Amazon.
