CompTIA Exam

I have just took the techexam questions for the Security + and got 23 out of 40, so far the only book I have read is the CISSP Passport. Different I admit.

Anyway, can some please give me some idea of:

How many questions their are!
What the exam is like!
What would be the best book or CBT package for some one that is dyslexic?

I am dyslexic and under exam conditions I can get in a panic, I would like to pass first time can anyone answer my questions.

http://www.comptia.org/certification/Security/glancebox.aspx will answer some of your questions.
Basically it is 100 questions in 90 minutes. The CISSP book, although quite differently based than Sec+ would be handy as I believe from past experience that many of the questions come from that realm.

The CBT Nuggets are handy and Tcats pdf was the closest of the earlier print materials available.
