Windows 7 error.
Hi,
My girlfriends brother is having an issue with an installation of Windows 7. Since my work with Windows 7 is minimal, i couldn't really give my best answer.
This is the error... "Windows cannot access the installation sources. Verify that the installation sources are accessible, and restart the installation".
On first glance, i thought there could be an issue with the RAM, it's not that. Then I thought, it's probably a bad sector in the hdd that it's just not reading correctly. It's a brand new built computer.
Has anyone ever seen this error?
Thanks.

When are you getting this message ? at the beginning or during installation ? -

It's after the installation, when the computer is actually booting up.2017 Certification Goals:

Is the boot partition compressed or encrypted? I agree with za, see if you can install without issues on another machine or VM.
(Google research indicates a badd HDD or memory, likely hdd.)
