How do I change my linux operating system to Windows 7?

I made a windows 7 backup disc and now i dont know how to change from linux to windows. HELP?!?!?!?!?!

Did you make a backup disc or a backup image? If it's an image, you can simply insert your Windows 7 disc and recover the image, should take about 20 minutes. If it's a backup disc, then you'll have to reinstall Windows 7 altogether, along with all your programs. Your data would be lost if that's the case, as well.
