Recently this evening I got a lovely rootkit warning from Avast dealing with ipnathlp.dll. I think it may be a false positive but just to be sure I'm doing a full hdd scan. Are there any good free rootkit scanning tools out there that anybody can recommend?

Download Hiren's BootCD 12.0. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the .zip which holds a .iso. Its basically a WinPE mod with all sort of goodies . -
