Got this in my email from the CompTIA LinkedIn group...figure someone might be interested.
CompTIA is currently seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist in the development of a Healthcare IT for Electronic Health Records (EHR) credential. Through participation in either a Job Task Analysis (JTA) workshop or Item Review Cut Score workshop your contributions will ensure that the examination objectives are relevant to job roles for those seeking this credential. Assistance from SMEs is crucial in developing high quality, current and relevant content appropriate to the level of expertise for which the credential is being created.

CompTIA frequently solicits the help of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in developing and maintaining our certification exams. Assistance from SMEs is crucial to developing quality content for the appropriate level of expertise. SMEs work with peers and CompTIA staff to create or review items associated with the technologies, knowledge sets and best practices for certified professionals.

SMEs who participate in workshops at CompTIA Headquarters are provided with a stipend; a CompTIA voucher; a CompTIA shirt; and breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner on some meeting days.
