I used measureup as a guide when I sat mine but I depended mainly on experience and cbt nuggets...exam is difficult for first timers but once you sat through it you know what to expect on subsequent m$ exams...

I used my daily use of XP, and the FREE clinic that covers both exams, available from M$. Did I mention it's free? You can see the details, here.

I went through the free online prep from Microsoft and took the MeasureUp practice exam. That's all that's really needed if you have 6-12 months of support experience with XP.

I had 65 questions on my exam, and about 12-15 covered the differences between Home and Pro editions. I'd recommend making sure you know those.
