I didn't post this to make fun of anybody, although I did remove most of the contact info. Just wanted to point out the need to read your emails instead of relying on spell checker before hitting send.
In case you didn't notice the errors:
Notice who the email is from/reply to and who is writing the email.

background test. (are they going to quiz me or my previous bosses? Where are they going to get these questions from? Should I be scared/concerned? How is this graded and who has the answer sheet.)

Experiences? 99% bad. If you have no choice then do it. Otherwise keep on looking.

I can't think of a single good experience I've had with a recruiter.

I love how recruiters always want to put you into a job you're way over or under-qualified for. A+ field repair? Great way to put that VCP & MCSA to use, right? And I had one that argued with me that I was perfectly qualified to be a senior Oracle database administrator, despite the fact that I had no experience with Oracle whatsoever. "But your resume says you have administration experience?!" he said. I tried to explain it to him with the analogy that a podiatrist probably has plenty of surgical experience with feet, but would you trust them to do a double bypass on you, or would you seek out a heart specialist?

Some recruiters are very good at what they do. They're few and far between. The bulk of them are clueless, and are helping to push unqualified people in an industry that it's already hard enough to stand out in, even when you're very good.

I've had maybe 3-4 and I have dealt with dozens of them so I am there with you. I keep getting pegged by the same recruiter about a .net development position. She keeps trying to bribe me with work from home days and 10,000 over the industry standard

One small problem I don't code.

Then there is Sharone from who knows where and he keeps trying to schedule an interview for a senior sharepoint admin position. Again

I know how to park documents and check them in and out. I can admin a site, but I don't develop nor do I admin the servers which host the application.

These people are nuts.

I received an email the other day for a Java developer position in San Antonio. I've never programmed before in my life, let alone Java (and I have no programming experience listed on my resume).

I like receiving an e-mail from them about a position and then when I write back to inquire more they don't respond.
